We’re breaking away from the traditional concert setting and bringing you an intimate and interactive musical experience that’s as cosy as your favourite living room. Not only will you be able to enjoy some of the greatest works of the chamber music repertoire performed by a line-up of internationally renowned performers, but you will also have the chance to have an in-depth conversation with the artists just as if they were playing in your very own living room. So bring your cup of coffee, make yourself at home and prepare to be serenaded by the beauty of chamber music in a whole new, informal, and cosy way. ChamberMusicBox Up Close is all about making music a part of your everyday life and we can’t wait to welcome you.
This first concert will feature two gems of the trio repertoire: Bartók’s Contrasts for clarinet, violin and piano and Brahms’ second Piano Trio for the standard formation of violin, cello and piano.
