What has creating art meant to you over the last year?
In my art, I explore what exists but is unseen to the naked eye. Ideas appear in my mind as if from a different plane of existence, and often simply won’t leave me alone until they become a multimedia work or a painting. Over the last bizarre few months, painting became a healing outlet, allowing me to process the experience of not being able to change the circumstances. Music and art helps me to let go of the things I can’t change, bringing clarity and perspective so I can focus on the things that really matter.
